G100 Women’s Leadership Program
Are you happy with the diversity of your leadership pipeline?
Successful companies recognize that diversity drives the top and bottom line. For those companies, advancing high-performing, high-potential, and diverse talent is a business imperative. The result is a strong pipeline of leaders who have the ability and confidence to maximize their performance and drive further impact.
G100 Women’s Leadership Program enhances leadership and management skills through experiential learning. Over a year-long period, including six months of curriculum-based learning, participants gain knowledge from, and network with, current and former CEOs, board directors, C-suite executives, and thought leaders—all of whom candidly share key insights around today’s most pressing business and leadership opportunities and challenges.
Women's Leadership Program Company Benefits
- Retain top talent: over 90% of program graduates are still at the companies that sponsored their participation.
- Increase leadership competency and confidence through topics tailored to professional growth—including big-picture thinking, people management, and strategic agility for cross-team collaboration.
- Empower participants with new ideas and actionable insights that move the needle across their organization.
Participants are part of a cross-functional class of no more than 50 high-performing and high-potential women executives. Each cohort attends a three-day immersive curriculum meeting featuring a combination of plenary sessions and small-group workshops led by experienced practitioners. Following the meeting, participants engage in four months of small group calls to integrate program learnings and deepen relationships, as well as gain access to concurrent G100 Women's Network programming for 12 months—further refining their strategic leadership skills and strengthening their networks.
The curriculum programming focuses on real-world business challenges, as well as obstacles and opportunities for women's leadership development. Speakers are successful CEOs and C-suite executives who deliver practical takeaways and serve as role models and mentors for participants as their responsibilities grow. Each session exposes participants to diverse leadership styles and viewpoints.

The best leaders have an insatiable curiosity about how technology changes business models, platforms, value creation, and customer behavior. As the rate of major technological developments accelerates, how can we position ourselves and our companies to stay ahead of these changes?
Cultivate an authentic approach to leadership. A servant leadership model puts employees, customers, and shareholders first. Many leaders find success with this approach because it builds the trust and followership needed to align the organization.
Strategic development of human capital is one of the C-Suite’s vital responsibilities. Leaders must constantly build and mobilize teams to carry out the company’s mission. Our conversation with two accomplished executives focused on hiring for intent, empowering teams to work together, and managing creative tension.
